One driver has issued a warning in a video circulating online that truck drivers are 'planning to shut down the country' to 'remove the s*** government'.
He said supply chains would soon be interrupted and urged Aussies to stock up on groceries to get them through the next couple of weeks.

I remember something like this happening in Colorado in the 80s. Truckers just pulled up alongside each other and blocked I-25 all the way across. Even the side of the roads and the medians. Completely stopped everything northbound.
I think it happened in DC a few years ago too...

Yes and no. Probably not heavily armed, but mostly a very law abiding and now intimidated population that has simply had enough and can’t take it anymore. They’re literally laying their bodies down, getting clubbed, sprayed, you name it.
