Scores of Australian defence personnel are set to depart for Afghanistan in a last-minute dash to evacuate hundreds of people from the war-torn capital Kabul, which is set to fall to the Taliban.
Australia’s mission to Afghanistan follows similar moves by the US and the UK to fly hundreds of people out of the city including interpreters, contractors and others who worked with allied powers.

So we had to ask the aussies for assistance due to our incompetence. Bidets band of woke imbiciles demonstrates just how far down the chute we have gone.
They’ll probably bring half the population of Afghanistan here...I mean why not? It’s It’s full court globalist press at this point anyways. May as well try to finish us off quickly.
While they are rescuing their people from Kabul, maybe the citizens of Australia can rescue their people from their own government.
I wonder if the Australians in Afghanistan might decide they would more freedom if they stayed there.

I’m a bit confused as to why Australia would want to risk any lives at this point. I can only conclude that they feel US forces can’t - or won’t - do a satisfactory job in the evacuation.
I’m surprised dementia joe doesn’t ask the Ukraine to help.

Who started this stupid war in Afghanistan? Afghans did not fly planes into the towers in NYC and Pentagon. First we lose oodles of blood and treasure in Vietnam, then flee the country with helicopters. Youi would think we learn something from the Vietnam debacle. Nope, we start another war against guerilla fighters in Afghanistan which is the last country on earth to become a democracy.
But the folly does not end there. Next we dislodge Saddam who was keeping the jihadists under control. Then the whole middle-east becomes unstable.
These are the reasons why I admire president Trump more than any others in my lifetime of 81 years. He does not want to waste American blood and treasure in useless wars. First real businessman president, and the best.

They would rather go to Afganistan than in lockdown with their family.
They ought to be liberating their fellow citizens instead.
Australia stupidly believed that Bidet had the situation under control.
Now their folks are at risk and they are freaking.
