For a potential presidential candidate who had built up a good amount of conservative goodwill, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem is projecting the wrong message to keep her name circulating in the hat. Admittedly, I was hopeful for her just a few months ago, but her actions since then have been made me back away.
The latest example of embracing Republican Establishment corporatism is abysmal. What’s worse is that she demonstrated her embrace of one of the most hated industries today among MAGA conservatives: Big Pharma.

Forcing an experimental vaccine on someone as a condition for employment is just wrong and shouldn’t be allowed by any level of government.
The employer or employee should be free to end their relationship for any reason.
If we were talking about an approved FDA vaccine you might have a point.
An employer, or schools, or the military - they require immunizations against all kinds of things. Those requirements have been established for fully approved by the FDA vaccines. Not experimental drugs. The approved vaccines have been extensively tested for safety, and efficacy, over the course of several years.
Ordinarily, experimental trials or clinical medical testing is only allowed by fully informed volunteers. They did make everybody in DOD take an unapproved Anthrax vaccine. Maybe they should make everybody take that too?
The only carveout that I can find is in the event of biological attack, THEN the government can force experimental medication on everybody and anybody. Probably lock people up if they refuse. It should make last year look like the good old days, most likely.

Stop being a tool. No employer has the power to implement a vaccine mandate. It runs afoul of HIPAA and dozens of other laws.

I think maybe you don’t understand what I wrote. LOL
They are invoking PREP, signed by the Shrub, but they aren’t admitting to that. They believe they have the authority to mandate an experimental drug in the event of a biological attack.
Because they don’t have that authority otherwise. It isn’t debateable. It’s black letter Federal Law, right in the US Code. “Approved” FDA medicines or vaccines YES. If we had a press in this country, maybe somebody could ask. They will never admit this.
Brand new shit? Experimental, emergency use? NO. It is amazing how dense people are on this subject. This ain’t the “flu shot” we take every year. This is BRANDY NEW EXPERIMENTAL STUFF, mRNA technology has never been approved yet. In animal testing, all the critters died. End of experiment.

It’s very, very serious. So serious, they are going to lock you down, make you wear a mask that doesn’t work, to protect you from a vaccine that doesn’t work. Or maybe it’s the other way around?
In fact, it’s so serious, the southern border is wide open, and hordes of thousands of “unvaxxed” infected are crossing the border and put on planes to fly to your town. Makes perfect sense, no?
