It's frustrating to hear people on the Right, including some who should know better, claim there's "no evidence" of significant, possibly outcome-changing fraud in the last presidential election — even as the forensic audit in Arizona uncovers multiple discrepancies.
Clearly, they're confusing "evidence" with "proof."
No, there may not be absolute, incontrovertible proof of election fraud — yet. But there is plenty of evidence, good reasons a rational person might question the outcome. Here are ten that come to mind, in no particular order:
Eyewitness testimony. Since November 3, hundreds of people have come forward to report that they personally witnessed various irregularities in the vote-counting process: ballots run through tabulating machines multiple times; "pristine" mail-in ballots; ballots that appeared to have been printed on different paper or filled out by machines — the list goes on.
Two questions come to mind. First, what would these witnesses stand to gain by making knowingly false claims? Many submitted actual affidavits, subjecting themselves to potential legal liability. Second, could that many people simply be mistaken? It seems unlikely.

The question everyone needs to keep asking every liberal doubter, every MSM pundit, and demand the answer to is:
“Do you believe a fraudulently chosen elector can cast a valid vote for President?”
It’s like asking what happens if a retired NFL referee comes out and admits that he was paid to throw a game back in 1995. Does anyone think for one moment that the NFL would go back and have the teams suit up again today and replay the game?
LET RUBY SPEAK!
A very thoughtful analysis. Hard to refute those 10 points.
Thanks for the post, Kaslin.
As a poll watcher, I have witnessed and caught and foiled vote fraudsters in the act during every Presidential election since 2000.
When caught, the fraudster will claim that they made an innocent mistake {like voting twice can be called an innocent mistake}.
A couple things about the football analogy: this is not a game, and it certainly is not 25 years ago. There is precedent for replacing officials who attained to office via fraud, but never on the scale or at the level we must address now.
What’s up with the gray areas? No fraud in NYC?
This information is well-worth bookmarking. Thank you.
We all know that the rats can not win an election with out fraud, which includes lies, theft and letting dead people vote. One of the dead people died over 150 years ago. How he managed that I have no idea.
It’s like broadcasting your credit card number and personal information all over the internet, and then acting surprised when you start to see fraudulent charges pile up on your bill.
Great question. Can’t answer.
I saw this map, and it seems to corroborate other things I hear about the states colored in. I can’t vouch for its veracity, though.
Can only presume that the creator didn’t have the info for the gray areas.
I believe there’s fraud in every single state. Consider TX, a supposed red state, that the left speculated was going purple, just prior to Nov 2020. And about a week ago, a TX state rep filed a bill to perform forensic audits in over a dozen TX counties.
This angle of the story grated me from the start. If the Pennsylvania legislature really objected to what the governor and judiciary were doing, it should have convened and voted on its own slate of electors in 2020 before the Electoral College vote on December 14th. They did no such thing … which makes their loud protests and demands for an audit today nothing more than political grandstanding.
Given the breadth and depth of fraud demonstrated in 2020 I would demand forensic audits of every public election at every level in every county of every state retroactive to 12 years. We need absolute rectitude when it cones tp placing people in public office. Proven cheaters must never be allowed to participate in the process.
True enough. The problem there is that a PRESIDENTIAL election is the only one whose process is explicitly laid out in the U.S. Constitution. That’s why the time to address all the fraud and bullsh!t in these states was in November and December of 2020. December 14th was a date written in stone for certifying the electors for President. Once that date passed, there was really nothing that could be done to change the outcome UNLESS a state legislature or other state official with the legal authority to act on behalf of the state had submitted a second slate of electors to Congress for the January 6th joint session. Nothing like this happened in even a single disputed state in 2020.
Based on what? The internet teems with graphics that may or may not be accurate. What is your source? And what are their sources?
Until fraudsters are killed off for their crimes against the Republic, there will never be real elections.
The punishment must be instantaneous and extreme. Even if some who were merely standby are exterminated, the practice must go forward. Unless there is sudden death punishment the vote fraud will never be eliminated
Even if you could eliminate voter fraud in every U.S. election with 100% certainty, we’d still have a system of government that bears almost no resemblance to what the founders of this country established. They went to great lengths to put checks and balances in place to MINIMIZE the influence that voters would have in our government.
He left out vermin like Georgia Governor Kemp business arrangements with the ChiComs.
He left out clearly bought Politicians (follow the money!)
He left out the spontaneous riots the year of the election.
He left out the fake Insurrection.
He left out the 2 totally illegal impeachments of President Trump. NO evidence he committed any crime.
There are not 10 reasons, there are hundreds of reasons.
