A papal decree published by the Vatican on Friday bans the celebration of the Latin Mass in parish churches, where most Catholics worship, and says that local bishops who permit the practice in their dioceses must regulate the locations and times where the celebrations take place. Newly ordained priests who want to celebrate the old Mass will need the permission of their bishops and the Vatican.

No one pushes for the systematic removal of the Holy Bible and Traditional Christianity from the Catholic Church like the Jesuits do.

It must be a ‘Top Down’ sort of growth, based on wealth and donations. Won’t be the first centuries-old institition rapidly corrupted by a series of money bombs.

Parish churches are dying. The TLM is flourishing wherever it is instituted on a regular basis. This is only going to become more obvious over time as the TLM is "relegated" to its own churches.
The traditional Catholic movement is an embarrassment to the institutional Catholic Church because of their success ... just like "Deplorables" are an embarrassment to the Republican Party establishment.
This could be a boon for Western Rite Orthodoxy.
Most Antiochian W.R. parishes use “The Divine Liturgy of St. Gregory” which is very similar to the TLM, except for being in English.
It will be interesting to see whether Metropolitan Joseph authorizes or encourages Latin speaking missions.
