The government employed at least a dozen confidential informants to infiltrate groups of armed extremists who allegedly plotted to kidnap the governor of Michigan, according to a new filing in federal court on Monday.
The filing, made by one of the five defendants in the federal case, asked that prosecutors be ordered to share more information about those informants, their relationship with the FBI, and the specific roles they played in building the case. It came among a blizzard of 15 new defense motions in the high-profile case, including requests to move it to a different district, to suppress evidence from a search warrant, and to try at least one defendant separately from the others.

And that’s when the 12 FBI agents bring out the handcuffs.

Each defendant has the right to confront their accusers and all witnesses. As well as any taped recordings and/or covert surveillance.
I’m thinking the FBI is either going to have to show their cards or they’ll drop the case.
At which time they all sue for damages and release of the whole file, hopefully.
The Justice Dept, as a whole, is an entire joke. Not only the FBI and DOJ, but DEA & Marshals, too. Bureaucrats and the Deep State have ruined everything.
The "Undercover Agent" at the Curtis Culwell Center Attack was literally filming the attack for the 2 terrorists. When the terrorists were shot, he attempted to flee but was captured at gunpoint by Garland PD. Were it not for an off duty cop acting as security, the terrorists might have succeeded. I assume the agent provided the weapons and planned the whole attack, and had the attack succeeded, his video would have been posted on ISIS websites.
