More likely the govt spies instigated the whole thing.
I’m joking, but I picture 13 people sitting around and the idea of kidnapping the governor comes up. Everybody seems to think it’s a swell idea except this one guy. He needs a lot of convincing. Eventually, he gives in and says, “Well, if you 12 guys really want to do it, I guess I’ll go along ...”
And that’s when the 12 FBI agents bring out the handcuffs.
As is usually the case in these FBI entrapment cases.
Each defendant has the right to confront their accusers and all witnesses. As well as any taped recordings and/or covert surveillance.
I’m thinking the FBI is either going to have to show their cards or they’ll drop the case.
At which time they all sue for damages and release of the whole file, hopefully.
The Justice Dept, as a whole, is an entire joke. Not only the FBI and DOJ, but DEA & Marshals, too. Bureaucrats and the Deep State have ruined everything.
