Actor and Happy Days star Henry Winkler, who once said he was thrilled to “help make Donald Trump a one-term President,” took to Twitter to proclaim that the United States needs a “cataclysmic event” in order for the nation to be brought “back together.”
“We are So divided as a country .. only a cataclysmic Event, that makes us depend on one another again, can bring us back together,” the Arrested Development actor tweeted, without offering any further context.

The sectarian divisions that are tearing this country apart did not happen ACCIDENTALLY. The people who control the levers of power and influence in pop culture have politicized every aspect of life. Democrats and their media/entertainment allies have used what had previously been instruments of leisure and relaxation as cudgels to beat their political opponents into silence or submission.
All we need to remedy much of our current dilemma is for the entertainment and media industries (arguably the same industry) to stop sowing division and envy along racial, ethnic, religious/non-religious and ideological lines.
Sorry Henry. Too many have proven they’re not on the same side.

I used to think that, G-d forbid, an event like the nuking of a major American city would accomplish that. However, now that I am older & maybe wiser, I doubt it would. Even if NYC or LA got nuked by Islamic terrorists, the liberals would still blame White supremacy.
Give me a list of events that would suffice for your standard, Henry, and we will see what we can provide.

There will not be a day where someone says “we declare civil war”So, hank, would that be cataclysmic enough for ya?WE THE PEOPLE will not declare a civil war.
Congress and the White house probably will do it themselves.
That kicks in a whole bunch of of nasty things, Congress declaring war bypasses the War Powers Act for one, the declaration automatically voids the Posse Comitatus Act, with all that implies.
They have the F-15s and nuclear weapons.
They have already threatened to use them.
What's that threat assessment formula?
An enemy's ability to do battle X their willingness to use that ability, or something like that.
Their calculus might be: "If we nuke the whitest, reddest city in the reddest state everyone else will snap into line.
It's a small price to pay for saving the rest of the country from the evils of Trumpism!, and communists have never been shy about making such sacrifices. Ask any Ukrainian, Tienanmen square survivor, or Cambodian...
Or would you prefer nuking every red state, just to be sure?
