Some of you may remember.... the deceased is the dirtbag commie who approached a boxed in car in Austin, Texas and pointed his knock-off AK at the driver and got the business of the driver's carry pistol.

This is an activist commie DA going after a conservative who defended himself in the middle of an antifa riot. The dead commie is on video threatening to shoot people mins before he F'd around and found out. This is a great injustice!

Point a gun at someone and they just might point one back.

Not all prosecutors are honest, many abuse their positions. Some are just not that smart and its the only job they could find. Right Jamie?

It also must be noted that Daniel Perry is an active duty sergeant in the United States Army. He was lawfully and legally carrying and thank God he was.

It’s really no surprise that the rotten bastards in Travis County would actively seek to charge Sergeant Perry.

Not only should he be acquitted but he should be reimbursed for his costs, time and presented an award.

Foster was armed with an assault-style weapon and was one of the protesters who surrounded the car.

How is shooting Foster NOT self-defense?

Abbott should offer a blanket pardon for him?

Funny how we now have two stories of crazy white guys in one day. One from three years ago and this one from one year ago. The RATs are setting up patriots for something but what?

Ahhh, Austin, TX!

San Fransicko of the South! Caligula on the Colorado!

For the most part, if most of that city (including a healthy part of the “republicans” in elected orifice) slipped into the Colorado and didn’t come up until we went and got them, I would be sad...what a nasty river that will be with that much mud, slop, and filth washing off those bass-turds!!

But, that’s just my opinion!

Yes, literally. He is not just a leftist, but financially backed by Soros.

Garza reported over $548,000 in contributions for his runoff against Moore — over 80 percent of which were in-kind contributions from outside organizations. A series of political action committees contributed those in-kind expenses for Garza including the Real Justice PAC, a San Francisco-based organization; Texas Justice & Public Safety PAC, which received over $650,000 from progressive megadonor George Soros; the Texas Freedom Network PAC; the Workers Defense in Action PAC; and the Austin Firefighters Association PAC.

You can’t say definitively, that he was going to pull the trigger. I think he was just being a show-boating a-hole. Can’t prove that, either. And that’s why it’s a horse race. Sgt. Perry is the one in position to have been in fear for his life, and he probably was. I’d call it a good shoot.

“Foster never fired a shot.”
So he was suppose to wait for him to shoot first? Since these commie bastards can’t outright ban the 2nd amendment (yet) they are just going to make it illegal to exercise your rights to self defense.

He should also be reimbursed for the rounds he expended.

__________________________________________

A/G Ken Paxton should tell the D/A to FOAD. That Texas state laws allow an individual like Sgt. Perry to protect his life from armed thugs like Foster.

Paxton and Abbott need to step up here to stop this nonsense.

I’m not a lawyer, but if the armed ‘Austin protestor’ pointed his AK at the defendant or even made a move to point it at him, how is it not a self-defense situation?
