Exactly. I am heavily involved in Internet hosting and Section 230 DOES NOT absolve a company from human trafficking laws. In fact, it clearly states the Internet hosting companies are responsible for actions to prevent human trafficking, but the Obama admin and the Trump admin, via Barr, did nothing to stop Twitter and Facebook from hosting human trafficking pages.

FB abandoned any platform immunity when they started to censor political speech. If they assume responsibility for that, then they assume all responsibility for things that really need to be censored.
Seems like the Texas Supremes are saying 230 does shield Social Media companies from being sued for slander or libel for what users say, but it does not shield them from facilitating criminal activities.
Twitter sells your photos to Pornhub among others to use to attract customers. Facebook tried saying all your photos belonged to them and were selling them for advertisers to use.
