TOMS RIVER, NJ – We’re from the government…and we’re here to help you…get vaccinated. If you haven’t been vaccinated and you live at the Jersey Shore, you can expect a state official to come knocking on your door this week. It’s part of a new COVID-19 vaccination drive announced by New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy.
Governor Phil Murphy this week said he has created a “COVID-19 Community Corps” and will knock on 134,000 doors and make 60,000 phone calls to shore residents in Jackson, Middletown, Howell, Atlantic City, Toms River, Brick, and Jackson.
“We’re not stopping,” Murphy said.
The COVID-19 Community Corps will be mobilized in an operation to increase vaccinations in shore towns. The door to door solicitors, according to the state will receive just one hour of online training before being sent out into the shore communities.
“As part of our Operation Jersey Summer, we have our COVID-19 Community Corps working door-to-door across a bunch of communities, municipalities to make sure everyone not only has the facts they need to make the right decision about getting vaccinated, but that they know where to get vaccinated,” Murphy added. “Our COVID-19 community core team have knocked on more than 134,000 doors – incredible, right – in additional to making nearly 60,000 phone calls and texts.”

I don't know if it's a HIPPA violation for the State to demand that info from a healthcare provider.
But it's not a HIPPA violation to ask personal healthcare questions.
It's also not a violation of the law to tell the questioner to perform a clinically impossible anatomical act.

We thought about this as well. They do have a list of who was vaccinated, and each twp has a list of taxpayers and their addresses. By comparing the two, they can subtract out the people who were vaccinated, then the people that are left weren’t.
Are these people so stupid as to think that anything any of them will say will prompt someone to go out and get this shot, when he or she has refused to get the shot for this length of time?
Is Dr. Tenpenny also forecasting that inflation will hit one zillion percent soon, that colloidal silver cures halitosis et al, and all you need to do is fork over $20/month in the ‘worthless’ fiat currency and he’ll tell you how to survive?
I truthfully think the Gov is hoping one of these canvassers get hurt or shot so he can clamp down even more.
This can’t end well.
Homeowners need to go reverse Jehovah’s Witness on these people when they come to the door.
Get a sports whistle ready for those annoying phone calls , a nice load whistle>>>> Air horn would be appropriate for the shore. Cape may is conservative. They were taking the mask signs down before memorial day and hardley anyone ever wore a mask outside.

Homeowners can also warn those at the door they cannot guarantee their safety from the rabid skunk that lives in the bushes.
You can’t shoot anyone simply for knocking in your door. You don’t have to answer the door. You can order them to leave. You don’t have to talk to them (and you shouldn’t), but you can’t shoot them.
Health officials say it's because they're now worried about the Delta variant. The B.1.617.2 variant was initially found last December in India. It's thought to be more transmissible and more potent than the original virus and it is accounting for 7% of New Jersey cases in the past month and picking up steam.
I bet - wait for it!! - Moderna et al won't work on that India variant and we'll need a NEW vaxx.

This is gonna be great. There is nothing more anyone on vacation at the Jersey Shore likes better than having someone soliciting them at 9:00 in the morning.
