Wyoming state Sen. Anthony Bouchard, a Republican who has emerged as one of the most high-profile primary challengers to Rep. Liz Cheney, said in a Facebook Live video Thursday he impregnated a 14-year-old girl when he was 18.
Bouchard said they later got married with the blessing of her mother, and took care of the child. Bouchard and the girl married when he was 19 and she was 15, the Casper Star-Tribune reported. He added that they got divorced about three years later, and she died by suicide at the age of 20.

Not all 14 year olds-even dumb little ranch girls were able to get into roadhouses and bars with a date as long as we had on a little makeup and our going out clothes-nobody checked an ID or refused to serve us a beer-none of us looked like little kids...

Nobody has a right to be elected. We are talking about whether this man, in view of this disclosure, provides the best chance of getting rid of Notso Thin Lizzy. We are not talking about “ruining” his life. If not getting the job you want ‘ruins your life’ well you might want to take another look at what you really value. Now, here there are a lot of questions. Were 18 & 14 really the relevant ages (got to check the birth dates)? Where is the child today and what does he say? How about her parents? Who raised the child after the mother killed herself, and why? Unless there are happy answers to all of these questions, why IMO the sensible option would be to find another candidate.
i’m not defending anyone in this situation, but 31 years ago isn’t fairly recent...
If you’re waiting for a perfect candidate that never made a mistake as a teen you’re not looking for a human being but a messiah.
It is recent times as far as norms and the law

She wound up marrying the guy when she turned 18 and they had another little boy. But the regret...oh my.
There are about 8 people that want to run against her. Trump will make the call I'm sure. And Bouchard will understand...I'm sure of that also.
You’re right.....35 years ago is not recent.
Roy Moore was totally different. The girls he dated were 15-20 years younger than himself. He only dated them with parents approval.
