Hobbs is the target of the audit.
The prime suspect in a stolen election would be her - she certified the election over multiple objections, and it was her party that benefitted.
The target of the audit really has no standing in the process. She can dispute the results later, but her phony “observers” - political operatives who are not from Arizona - have no business being part of it. It’s an operation being run by the elected state senate to independently verify her prior asserted result.
Having Kate Hobbs on the floor is like inviting a suspect to the crime scene investigation.
“I’m not sure what compelled you to oversee this audit, but I’d like to assume you took this role with the best of intentions...”
Let’s see if I can guess as to what compels her:
Saving her own ass. She’s the one that certified the results.
She was and is likely still being paid in some way for her part in the Big Lie.
She’s a partisan Democrat.

The snippy tone of the letter inclines one to summarily dismiss it. It’s the same kind of passive-aggressive middle school attitude that runs all through social media. Grown-ups who talk like pissy little middle school girls should not be surprised if mature adults don’t take them seriously.
My guess is that Katie Hobbs is most concerned right now about having to spend time in prison.

Letting Katie Hobbs weigh in on this is like having Al Capone interfere with his tax audit. She is a long time Democrat politician and was “elected” as Arizona SoS in 2018. Did she really receive the most votes, or was her own “election” also based on fraud? This audit might well reveal:
1) that means and methods of election fraud that have been evolving for years;
2) that there is reason to conduct another audit to ascertain whether Hobbs was legitimately really elected to her current office.
3) that she utterly failed to follow the law in 2020, failed to keep clean voter rolls, and failed in her duty to ensure a clean election.
Katie Hobbs has a LOT TO LOSE and a massive conflict of interest. The State Senate and Courts should ban her from any involvement with the audit, and gag her from even speaking about it.
The Arizona Democratic Party filed a last-minute lawsuit against state Senate leadership to try to stop the audit from going ahead but their bid to immediately halt it was rebuffed by a judge. The settlement means the case has concluded.
“The settlement in ADP v Fann requires the Senate to have procedures to protect our ballots, election equipment, and data. Today, I put the Senate on notice that security shortfalls remain and must be addressed under the agreement,” Hobbs said in a statement.”
The article then speaks of Hobbs taking this back to court. The Arizona Democrat Party is the Plaintiff. Hobbs theoretically represents the State of Arizona as SoS. How does Hobbs have standing to go back to court over an agreement she is not a party to? Is she is coordinating with the ADP, that would seem to indicate partisan collusion. She seems dangerously confused on whether she represents the Citizens of Arizona, or the ADP.
Katie Hobbs is the far left AZ Dem Sec of State. Too bad, Katie, the audit will be done in 8 days and there is no line of partisan crap you can spew that will stop it. Hopefully, they’ll find your fingerprints on the fraud and we can get rid of you

Because of that, I’m suspect of both
