Demographics is destiny. The demographics of the country weren’t changing fast enough for the democrats. This will change them big time.
These guys in the DOD are the worst of the worst. The commie rock suckers have created a network to bring to the top other like minded sellouts. True patriots get forced out by these parasites. They sold their souls to be a Washington elite kiss ass. Our soldiers deserve better, our country deserve better.

I really do think many people are misjudging the

This current admin has destabilized the entire
nation. I would never give biden a pass;
its his handlers + who are running this govt
& he is simply their mouthpiece. Besides, biden
has never done a honest days work in his
ever- lovin’ lifetime.
If you take a look from his videos from back
in the day you will see how he played the
game & if you listen closely you will see
his bullshitting & he still thinks he is
in the game and I mean that in the entirety of
his govt career; its pathetic & those awful videos
from back in day, using the n word , etc...
I guess they have been taken down now
as his handlers attempt to take down the US;
there arent many options left to counter

It’s always been that way, and it’s in EVERY federal agency and department.
Take any federal agency, and the head is a political appointee. One to two levels down from that appointee those are all hand picked sucks that toe the party line.
However, the DoD has at least a career progression where the officer needs to do platoon leadership time, maybe a specialty platoon, advanced course, staff time, company command... and being rated by many different people over that time, completing school related to their branch and leadership, essentially passing certain minimum performance standards (folks do get weeded out in Infantry Officer basic Course, the Advanced Course, or not selected for CGSC, and they learn things in CAS3...) I know the pipeline and courses have changed... sort of dates me. LOL

Yes, they are 99% sucks at that level, you are right, but at least in the DoD you get sucks with a semblance of competence because you have a very structured system for career development and various tests (ratings, required positions, time in grade minimums, performance at a national training center, completion of professional development, competing for various schools...) along the way that filter folks out and ensure a certain base knowledge exists. In the non-DOD federal government, you get folks that climb to echelons beyond reality that can best be described as “clueless.” You have new or restructured organizations that are extremely small, very ad hoc in their career development, where folks climb extremely fast and in reality have little experience...
DOD = senior leadership are sucks, but at least competent in their profession.
Non-DOD = senior leadership are sucks, often it’s also an amatuer clown show.
The DoD is big, has been around a long time, it has systems for training, promotion, etc. that have evolved and a real mission (many folks realize that). But the TSA?
I’m not questioning what you’re saying. Yes, the DoD leaders are still political animals (slime balls that compromise on their values, throw people under the bus, latch onto BS political themes, suck the bosses...), often the best are weeded out, but at least most of the folks at the top can make decisions that make sense, they know their job unlike the senior leaders in some of these other federal agencies.
However, they are political animals, and if gay or getting equality for women is a political push that has inertia, you’ll find them lining up behind it. After all, none of these managers (few are real leaders) have the true best interests of the organization or their people in mind, it’s “all about me,” and promoting oneself means to support whatever the flavor of the day is.
