City cops are owned by the appointed chief and act for the mayor.
Sherriffs are elected officials acting on their own oath of office. Not beholding to anyone but the county populace and law.
Just the headline had me laughing. This is how all unconstitutionally dictating tyrants should be treated.

Roberts Rules of Order have no legal effect. They are rules designed to ensure that meetings aren’t chaotic nothing more. They aren’t required. If they aren’t followed, there is no real remedy.
The State Constitution and State law controls. Robert’s Rules are irrelevant.
These people can no more “elect” a new scoreboard as I can “elect” myself the Queen of England. There is a process under the law for that.
State Law controls who holds elected office.
The proper procedure under the law would be to initiate a recall drive, and force a real recall election. Then replace the school board members in the recall.

Well, the fascist commies in charge now by virtue of a fraudulent elections don’t follow the rules or the law. So why can’t the citizens do the same thing? Possession is 9/10 of the law. This should not be a matter for black-robed tyrants.
Because we don’t live in anarchy. If “possession is 9/10ths of the law” then we’d have musical school boards with rotating control as people took over “home base” that’s just simply not how any of this works.
