Sigh. That’s simply not how any of this works.
I know Vail pretty well. Several of the families from our church in Benson live there and they also have had enough of this.
It isn’t. Robert’s Rules don’t control anything and Robert’s Rules don’t even allow for this.
They could initiate a lawful recall and THEN vote in new board members at the election.
There isn’t a shortcut through Robert’s Rules.
Sooner or later, Kyle Rittenhouse is going to trial. Look for them to use the same tactics against him that they used against the cop.

This is the greatest government by the people event that has happened in the last 100 years.

This needs to happen more. Those school board members effectively abdicated their responsibility. Notice the first thing they did was call law enforcement before they fled.
The people pay the taxes. Think of it as a localized version of this:
"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

I would think that if the Bylaws or other organizing docs state Roberts Rules Of Order would be followed (most do), then it seems perfectly possible, and do-able.
Will be curious to see if the stand scrutiny. Doubtful, but it would be fantastic if it did.

The Vail School Board, in the past, has been decent. But if you are afraid of parents showing up, then it is time to QUIT! Good job by the parents!

I live in the district. A neighbor called the cops years ago because someone was trying to force open her window. She’s handicapped. Pima County got cops there to help her...in 40 minutes! Her house is about 5 minutes from the school district’s offices.
PS: The cops found a damaged window but concluded whoever was trying to force it open was spooked by someone driving by.
Pima County is utterly, 100% Democrat corruption.
Dims hate “democracy” when it confronts them. When it is not confronting them they pretend what THEY represent is “democracy”. And when Dims are saying our “democracy” is in danger, it is really their control of situations that is in danger.
In revolutionary times, Robert's Rules go out the window. The new government holder can specify which rules are to be followed.

In some areas the cops would break out tear gas and handcuffs instead of agreeing with a peaceful protest.
This needs to spread across the USA faster than a tornado.
The ‘school boards’ are a mess & the ‘schools’ are NOT helping educate our kids.
Due to an inheritance & other factors, I have had 4 houses over the past 55 years, and I have PAID 86 YEARS of property taxes-—and I am only 81.
I Have NO kids.
I sure would like a refund for the 50% that was spent on schools.
For those who doubt me-—I HAVE ALL THE RECORDS-—back to 1963.
Someone may start an airline FOR the No Fly people.
