I think it’s pathetic seeing some of the local business owners pleading with those looting and burning their businesses by saying they’re on the same side. They miss the most critical point of all: these people don’t care. They’re there to loot and burn. They don’t care which side you’re on. They don’t care about right and wrong. They don’t care about whatever cause or slogan they’re yelling while they do it. They’re there to loot and burn and that’s it.

I think guilty for 2nd degree negligent homicide is a reasonable dependable.

The elements for 2nd or 3rd degree murder just aren’t there. If guilty on those charges, they should be reversed on appeal.

An appellate court could order a new trial, but are probably too cowardly to do it.
