Are they going to have a separate sentencing hearing if guilty? Or just summary execution whether guilty or innocent by the savages?

I understand the judge would decide the sentences in the event of guilty findings and can award double sentences if he finds aggravating factors are present. That could push manslaughter alone out to twenty or so years, based on what I’ve heard.
