I think guilty for 2nd degree negligent homicide is a reasonable dependable.

The elements for 2nd or 3rd degree murder just aren’t there. If guilty on those charges, they should be reversed on appeal.

An appellate court could order a new trial, but are probably too cowardly to do it.

You are thinking rationally. Unfortunately, the jurors are looking at their future. Vote the correct verdict, not guilty and serve a life of hell on earth.
