None of them require an intent to kill.
The jury knows they have to base their verdict on preventing more riots. Facts are expendable.
Well they haven’t been very far from Murray’s previously, so fingers crossed they make it through it.

Just announced guilty
I think youâre giving the thugs way too much credit for their critical thinking skills. No matter what the verdict, theyâre going to riot at pretty much the same level (though ânot guiltyâ would certainly amp it up significantly). If found guilty, no matter the level of the charge, it will be seen as not enough.
Also to be remembered is the fact that the riots are street theater contrived by powerful interests acting from the shadows. Theyâre not about to skip the chance to perform for the cameras, no matter the ostensible reason for the âoutrage.â
The decision was easy for the jurors when they got to the jury room and saw the garage door rope openers hanging over each juror’s chair.
Maybe maybe not.
The nation was prepared for riots on election night 2020 if Trump was named as the victor.
Police warned businesses to board up their windows and they did ahead of the weekend of the election.
