Sens. Tim Kaine (D-VA) and Mark Warner (D-VA) are pushing federal gun control proposals that mirror restrictions adopted in the state of Virginia in 2020.
InsideNova reports the legislation is called the Virginia Plan to Reduce Gun Violence Act. It includes an expansion of background checks and a red flag law.

I read that as “purchase” not “turn in.” Did I misread?

Ration cards? How will the same apply to free speech, with these guys only get to talk once a month? A ration card for that as well. If we could treat each of the amendments equally, I could probably handle that

Virginia only restricts those without concealed carry permits.
Anyone with a concealed carry permit can still buy as many guns as they want.

The new Marxist need to pack the supreme court will give them the power to overturn any gun laws that favor the citizen. Then they can overturn them and say the 2d amendment does not apply to normal citizens. That we do not have a right to guns and then we have to start turning them in. IF we do not turn them in, well you don’t get your government check, you don’t get to use medical care, you don’t get to shop at Walmart, yada yada. It is all designed to TAKE guns away, not allow us to have fewer. Nazi Germany did this. Saddam did this. Many others have done this. An unarmed citizenry who cannot defend themselves are sheep for the Marxist’s wolves.
Don’t forget the cartels...they have full auto firearms. Recently a reporter was on the southern border and recorded machine gun fire from across the Rio Grande as two cartels fought for territory.
