Report: Daunte Wright Had Warrant for Attempted Aggravated Robbery

Daunte Wright allegedly had a warrant out for his arrest at the time he was shot and killed by a Brooklyn Center police officer near Minneapolis, Minnesota, court papers obtained by the British Daily Mail newspaper suggest.

“Wright was to face trial on a charge of attempted aggravated robbery – with a possible maximum sentence of 20 years in prison,” the newspaper reported.

The charge stems from December 2019 when Wright, then 19 , and a man named Emajay Driver, 18 years old, allegedly visited a residence shared by two women in Osseo, Minnesota. Wright allegedly tried to hold up one of the women to steal a sum of $820 in cash she had stashed inside her bra. Wright allegedly pointed a gun at the woman, choked her, and threatened to shoot her if she did not hand over the money.

“The $820 cash was tucked in the victim’s bra and defendant Wright placed his hand around victim’s neck and choked her while trying to pull the cash from under her bra,” according to Officer Mikkelson. “Victim was able to get loose from defendant Wright and started to kneel down and scream.”

“After more yelling, Wright allegedly told the woman that he was going to shoot her unless he got the money,” according to the Daily Mail.

Wright’s bail for the charge was set at $100,000, “with orders that he should not contact the victim or any witnesses, refrain from drugs and alcohol and not have any weapons. A bond bailsman paid $40,000 for his release,” the Daily Mail reports.

Wright’s bail was revoked in July 2020, however, “due to his ‘failure to not possess a firearm or ammunition’ and not keeping in touch with his probation officer,” according to court papers seen by the Daily Mail.

Re: "Hands up. Don't shoot."

The female officer was shouting, “Taser, taser, taser,” before she fired her gun.

Will this become the new BLM meme?

It looks like Daunte Wright sold his life down the river for $820.

He was headed down the thug path. I can’t get too worked up over his death; it may save a life in the future.

George Floyd’s Criminal Past

George Floyd moved to Minneapolis in 2014 after being released from prison in Houston, Texas following an arrest for aggravated robbery

George Floyd was the ringleader of a violent home invasion

He plead guilty to entering a woman’s home, pointing a gun at her stomach and searching the home for drugs and money, according to court records

Floyd was sentenced to 10 months in state jail for possession of cocaine in a December 2005 arrest. He had previously been sentenced to eight months for the same offense, stemming from an October 2002 arrest

I think a lot of black people are sick of these lowlifes too, particularly since the majority of their victims are also black. But the question is when they will be sick enough of being used by the Democratic Party and the left to actually get up and reject these slime balls.

Anytime a black person criticizes criminal behavior and the jailbirds who are lionized by the media and self-serving fraudulent organizations such as BLM and the Democratic Party, they are destroyed by the (mostly white) media, cancelled, shunned and threatened by the thugs. So it takes a lot of courage.

When are we going to stop letting them burn the country down over career felons resisting arrest self inducing their own deaths?

I am more sickened by the throngs of stupid white liberals i see at every BM protest.

A bond bailsman paid $40,000 for his release,

How does that work? How much does it cost Wright?

The bail bondsman pays the bail, or pledges property to cover bail. The defendant pays a fee for the use of the bondsman’s money, typically 10%. The defendant also agrees that the bondsman or his can take custody of the defendant if he fails to show up. Bounty hunters are his agents.

It’s sort of a high risk loan, with steep interest. His family may have pledged their home as bond.

People in that community do ask the question, “why don’t we take out our trash like other communities do?” They have noticed that most other groups do not celebrate or support their trashy/criminal members, do not show up to protest on their behalf, and do not let that element of their group pull them down as a whole.

Where are all the people who are crying for gun control? Here is a guy who has continually broken the laws regarding possession of a firearm, and he is being held up as a martyr.

His case reveals in stark clarity that the gun control proposals from the left only affect law abiding citizens. It's simply insane to complain about people who legally own guns, and allow people who illegally obtain, possess, and use firearms in a criminal manner to be excused, and allowed on the street.
