President Joe Biden said he’ll make an announcement on his upcoming gun control plan on Friday, coming after reports that suggested he would sign an executive order on guns in the near future.
When asked about reports saying he would take executive action soon, Biden responded in saying he would talk about his plan for gun control “the day after tomorrow.” It’s not clear if he will sign an executive order.

Presidential executive orders, according to U.S. Title code, are nothing more than administrative instructions for federal offices, and are not for the civilian population.
They are not congressional law!!

Not exactly, it is on hold after Sixth Circuit decision, but it is not overturned. The case is still going through litigation, and will likely end up in the Supreme Court for a final ruling at some point.
