Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers on March 31 asked a federal court to force lawyer Sidney Powell and her client to pay more than $106,000 in legal fees over a lawsuit regarding the state’s presidential election results, and he’s seeking $144,000 from former President Donald Trump and his lawyers, according to court filings.
Evil people double down in the vain hope their corruption will remain hidden under a mountain of litigation.

The assertion that Trump's suit never had any merit is unsupported by evidence. The suit has merit.
The court dismissed the case without looking at the evidence of fraud.
What a deal! The court declares without evidence that the suit was without merit, and then sues the victim for costs. Are courts supposed to do that?
Exactly. Their actions signal guilt, but they’re all too stupid to realize it.

Since the courts dismissed the cases, it shouldn’t have cost them anything. And I thought attorneys employed for the State get paid salaries whether they have to take the time to submit briefs or not.
So Wisconsin governor Tony Evers doesn’t fear a discovery phase of a trial concerning elections. I remember Trump setting up a commission that asked for voter information but many states refused to cooperate. With a trial going on, those election laws will be overridden so that a discovery phase can begin. Tony Evers isn’t smart.
I would be curious if Wisconsin has any case law to support its request.

The fact is that the Wisconsin Supreme Court said that there was MASSIVE vote fraud - but there was nothing to be done about it.
