Biden advisors plan up to $3 trillion more spending on infrastructure, universal pre-K, climate-change initiatives

* Joe Biden's economic advisors are drafting a proposal to recommend up to $3 trillion more spending, a person familiar confirmed to Insider.

* The New York Times first reported the White House could split its colossal infrastructure plan in two.

* The first part would focus on infrastructure and climate. The second may set up universal pre-K.

President Joe Biden's economic advisors are expected to present a proposal that includes up to $3 trillion in new spending aimed at boosting the economy and fighting climate change through separate legislative pieces instead of a single colossal bill.

A person familiar with the discussions confirmed them to Insider. They were granted anonymity to reveal internal deliberations.

The New York Times first reported the emerging shape of the plan. It would be aimed at narrowing economic inequality, reduce carbon emissions, and improve American manufacturing, beginning with an infrastructure bill.

The Times cited documents outlining that the proposed package would spend heavily on infrastructure improvements, with nearly $1 trillion in spending alone for roads, bridges, electric vehicles, and more.

The second part of the infrastructure push would be people-focused and spend heavily on education and programs to increase the participation of women in the labor force, including free community college, universal pre-K education, and a national paid leave program. Those elements are targeted at encouraging workers to re-enter the labor force and accelerate the economic recovery.

Many of the plan's details appear to remain highly in flux. "President Biden and his team are considering a range of potential options for how to invest in working families and reform our tax code so it rewards work, not wealth," White House press secretary Jen Psaki said in a statement. "Those conversations are ongoing, so any speculation about future economic proposals is premature "

EXPECT TAX HIKES FOLKS. IT SAYS “ON THE WEALTHIEST AMERICANS” BUT DOES NOT DEFINE WHO IS CONSIDERED WEALTHY.

From the article:

Administration officials say while funding methods are not yet determined, it might be partially paid for with tax increases on the wealthiest Americans. Biden has already indicated that he would include a federal tax hike on high earners in his next big economic package, which would be the biggest tax increase in nearly three decades.

Business Insider’s Juliana Kaplan reported Monday that Biden is likely to look at tweaks to the current tax code, instead of a new tax targeting wealth.

ALSO FROM CITIZEN's FREE PRESS

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The White House said on Monday that a New York Times report that President Joe Biden will consider spending $3 trillion for infrastructure and other priorities was premature and did not reflect administration thinking. The Times reported that Biden advisers were preparing to recommend he spend as much as $3 trillion on boosting the economy, reducing carbon emissions and narrowing economic inequality, beginning with a giant infrastructure plan.

Per article: "President Biden and his team are considering a range of …"

Biden is considering nothing. Biden has dementia and can't even walk up a flight of stairs. He is senile as a loon. They keep him locked up and out of sight while his Deep State handlers make actual policy.

And still no talk of real broadband to most of the rural areas of the nation. As it is our broadband doesn’t qualify
as broadband in the rest of the world.

We are not getting IOt internet of things, autonomous trucks and cars type digital tech. Factory automation floors require much more bandwidth and high speed digital computing power. Our 5g is very light, AI tech is available but oura
businesses can’t access it with these slow speeds.
We are at a growing disadvantage to the world.
Imaging files are growing, just look at the medical records size, 50 megapixel images, 8k video, movies and TV shows over the internet. We need a huge upgrade and
it has been years since ISP and Telecomm companies have invested in gear.

They will keep spending until they collapse the economy. Then they’ll be able to get their hands on our 401 K’s and the rest of our property “because it’s an emergency situation and people are starving” .......

All this spending is intended to be implemented before the Sept 30 end of the fiscal year (Trump’s last budget year). So Trump will get the “credit” for the massive deficit Biden is engineering, then in 2022, Biden’s increased spending will be below the last FY, and he will crow about cutting Trump’s massive deficit.

No one’s going to stop them, so why not? The Left has won the war. The Right pretty much succumbed without a shot being fired.

... and IMO they siphon off the froth of these momentous bills to finance the next election, on the taxpayer's dime.
