U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- In Garland, Texas, on 3 May 2015, Gregory Stevens, a veteran police officer with the Garland Police Department, was working off duty as armed security for the “Draw the Prophet” cartoon contest event.
Pamela Geller organized the Draw the Prophet event as a response to Islamic demands that Western Civilization submits to Islamic censorship.
The particular demand was no one would be allowed to draw images of the Prophet Mohammed or to mock him or make fun of him.
The infamous attack on the Charlie Hebdo offices in Paris had occurred just five months earlier, by two Islamists with AK-47 type rifles and Tokarev pistols.
Many will remember the Draw Mohammed event, in the Dallas suburb of Garland, which was attacked by two Isis recruits.
Few know the details of how one prepared gunfighter police officer faced two Islamic riflemen armed with semi-automatic rifles, handguns, plenty of ammunition, soft body armor, and the element of surprise. He fought them at close range and prevailed.
Many of the details have been revealed, Officer Stevens explained the events of that day in a video presentation which has been viewed by less than a thousand people on Youtube. It deserves a much wider audience. The video is an hour and eight minutes long.

Btt
The FBI knew in advance and did nothing to warn the organizers and sat back and watched hoping to see the Islamists kill these people.
Do you know this is Barack Obama’s policy. He also attacked the cartoonist at Charlie Hebdo and blamed their deaths on their stupid cartoons
This statement is itself a submission to Islam by referring to "the Prophet Mohammed" in a reverend way. In your wildest dreams can you imagine a reporter referring to "the son of God, Jesus"?
FBI conspires with isis terrorists to murder American citizens.
Too bad we don't have that media.
The details apparently confirm the initial reports that the FIB were acting stupidly.
Absolutely disgusting what the FBI gets away with. And f*ck the judges that are complicit. This is disgusting on every level.
Thanks for posting. I was there, at the front door asking a policeman about a good place to eat, when he received the message “shots fired”. It was a night from Hades for us attendees after that. CBS interviewed me the next day when I was FINALLY able to retrieve my car. I didn’t fall for prodding to show any regret for standing up for our first amendment.
Now, it's "Yeah, I could see the fbi doing that".
And remember, this was an fbi agent, not a CI.

I hate to be the one to point this out, but for decades civil libertarians - actual civil libertarians, not the pretend civil libertarians like the ACLU employs - have been screaming about the abuse of civil rights and generally horrible behavior of the FBI.
People like Ron Paul told anyone who would listen that all this new ‘War on Terror’ legislation would eventually be turned inward to punish political enemies. Virtually everyone on the mainstream ‘conservative right’ dismissed Paul and his brethren as crazy an alarmist. That includes me. I thought Paul was a certifiable nutter.
Put another way, we’re being eaten by the beast we helped create. Conservative ‘law & order’ Republicans made the FBI what it is and there doesn’t seem to be much appetite , even still, on the right to come to terms with that.
Tucked Carlson did a story about this a while back.
Back in 2015, two Islamic extremists attempted to shoot up a Mohammed cartoon contest in Garland, Texas. Remember that? Later it emerged that an undercover FBI agent knew the two shooters personally and even egged them on to “Tear up Texas.” That agent even traveled with the terrorists to the scene at Garland was present right before the attack and try to flee as it began.
It’s hard to believe that actually happened in America, but it did happen. You would probably like to know why it happened, wouldn’t you? Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin would like to know. He has repeatedly asked the FBI to explain white shield terrorists, how it could have failed to stop the shooting that happened later. And yet he still doesn’t know. Senator Johnson’s request to repeatedly have been stonewalled by the FBI.
I wonder if this agent is one of the 99% of the good ones that that clown Hannity likes to talk about
On a side note, that is some legit shooting from the officer. Very legit. I doubt many could make those shots under static conditions
The article is the synopsis.

Excellent point. Count me in too, except I hope that most of us have come around to understanding the truth of the matter. At least those of us who are paying attention.

And a guy with real courage.
I have not looked at the video yet, but I believe from the description that he advanced in the face of enemy fire in order to improve his hits accuracy.
Wish I could shoot and commit that well.
