Do they have any idea the generations of ALL farmers who have struggled through drought, floods, crop failure, stock losses, illness, taxes? And now, “black farmers” are getting social justice.

Absolutely. Graham voted for this mess when he voted to certify the stolen election. We only have Biden because of “men” like Lindsay Graham.
Plainly, it is just as ‘reparations’ would be if those would be passed. Unfortunately, a prior Congress can’t encumber a subsequent Congress. So, by making this payment statutory law, it becomes legal irrespective of what the Civil Rights Act says.
We have to hope that it’s unconstitutional. I’m not very familiar with the case law here. But, I’m really hoping there are Supreme Court decisions that would make this illegal under a 14A challenge.
If it’s not unconstitutional, then I would look for this kind of BS to increase and accelerate over the next 24-months.
I hope a few other politicians have the courage to join Graham on this, because it’s only going to get worse unless it’s stopped now. Singling out people by racial groups for special treatment, whether negative or positive, is massively wrong but it is being imposed in every area of life by the Democrats.
It’s going to do nothing but breed massive resentment, encourage massive corruption as politicians and individuals scheme to get the money and power, and result in problems for the farming industry.
I want to hear more politicians start opposing this insanity, not only with respect to farming, but to our society in general.
