Biden just endorsed a law that endangers 57 million jobs

With the rise of gig economy jobs such as driving for Uber and other forms of independent work enabled by the digital era, more than 57 million Americans now work as freelancers in some capacity. But President Biden just endorsed a radical labor law that endangers their livelihood.

House Democrats recently reintroduced the PRO Act, which, among many sweeping reforms, would make many commonplace forms of independent contractor (freelance) arrangements illegal. It’s based on a California law that was so dysfunctional even voters in the very blue state voted to change it.

“The Administration strongly encourages the House to pass [the PRO Act] and looks forward to working with the Congress to enact this critical legislation that safeguards workers’ rights to organize and bargain collectively,” the White House said in a statement on Monday. “The PRO Act will strengthen our democracy and advance dignity in the workplace.”

Far from “advancing dignity,” in reality, this law would strip millions of their income.

Unconstitutional on its face.

This is the Anti-Taft-Hartley Act. It would enslave millions of workers to unions. The Demon-crats don’t even try to appear to care about freedom anymore.

These free lancers DO NOT want to be categorized as a union entity
or an employee.

They see themselves as independents and want to remain that way.

I wouldn’t be surprised if many of them voted for Biden.

Boy would this be a rude awakening.

Biden is turning out to offer up insults with equal opportunity
to everyone, no matter who they supported.

There are incredible tax advantages for those who are self employed filing Schedule C and form 1099s versus the proles who are employees receiving W-2s.

The ruling class does not want the proles to gain the advantages which THEY enjoy.

I can’t wait until liberals lose everything for being retarded group thinkers.

I love it!

Don’t think for one second it will change their minds.

They have to make up for all the union memberships lost to the destruction of the petroleum and coal industries. Union fatcats need to stay fat!

Less than two months in, and Biden has managed to infuriate
in the neighborhood of 100 million people so far.

Am I forgetting anyone?

We once filed everything not W-2 on 1099-M. Now they have suddenly come up with 1099-NEC. Why?

Anyone have an explanation?

The PRO SERF Act

Biden behaves as a steward for two warring factions of the AFL-CIO:

- mob-organized labor (soldiers - aka enforcers)
- progressives (paranoid socio/psycho -paths)

and among those two factions, are the “effective” machinery of the Democrat Party. Those two factions’ playbooks, are what we now witness on a broad scale.

Years ago, the playbooks were used to bully, coerce, and intimidate *public school officials* in order to entrench union-group-think teachers and administrators.

The same intimidation methods used to force company owners and managers.

The same methods for which some government agencies are aligned.

Somewhere in the preceding organs, will be found the murderer of Seth Rich. Enforcers for the Regime - they hate people.

Paul was right that “evildoers and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived” (2 Tim 3:13).

That howling you’re beginning to hear from far away and near is the combined anguished cries of Uber and Lyft drivers.

That’s right.

I think they just dodged the bullet here in California.

Now they’re on the hook again federally.

You almost have to wear sanitized protection just to keep the
cooties off you with this administration and it’s crew.
