Donald Trump is set to make his first trip to New York since leaving the White House amid an apparent rift with son-in-law Jared Kushner who the ex-president is said to be angry with over his election loss.
Trump is jetting back to the Big Apple this weekend after spending the last six weeks holed up at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, since he snubbed Joe Biden's inauguration on January 20.
News of his visit comes amid reports of escalating tensions between Trump and former White House Senior Adviser Jared in the days since they both left DC.

The way I seeit, is if Trump had acted forcefully, he would still be prez.
I doubt very much Jared would have been able to do that....but my knowledge is miniscule. Heck, even the Supreme Court isn’t interested in stopping the fraud.

He did lose. He is not POTUS.

There’s a subtle difference between an election that is ‘stolen’ and an election that is ‘lost’.
You might eventually get an election that was ‘stolen’ from you, back through a just system. That means it remains stolen until a successful contestation ‘recovers’ it.
‘Lost’ contests, battles, wars and elections are not matters of justice, they are hostages to a timeline. Once a stolen election is past any hope of reversal or recovery it is to all intents and purposes ‘lost’.
President Trump had the election stolen, that is clear to all. But as that steal is beyond recovery (short of a full on coup ejecting the RATs completely from the chain of command), it is absolutely witless to keep on denying that Trump most obviously has “lost”.
The real issue is, who is responsible for it going from a “stolen” election to a “lost” election.
I’ve said for months that Trump was surrounded by incompetents with an obvious lack of focus on what mattered, as they were more obsessed with playing to the MAGA gallery instead of playing the legal game.
Cock-ups, as well as conspiracy, was rife inside POTUS’ own camp. The only sign of any “plan” was in the hopes of the QAnon theorists.
By contrast the RINO / RAT playbook was slick, planned, and expertly executed, with absolute precision. No angle was missed. No Trump move was unplanned-for and countered.
And that’s why Trump lost.
Don’t bother arguing with the “he didn’t lose so you’re a RINO” crowd.
They’d have a point if Donald Trump had the remotest inclination to reject his current status of private citizen, overturn the 2020 Biden win, and move back into the White House before the mid-terms. But newsflash, he doesn’t.

This does point out the difficulty in reading intent. Did Sessions recuse because he was more a supporter of McConnell? If he supported Trump on immigration, could he have found a way to recuse in one area only? Could he have found other ways to support Trump as well? The Russian thing was possible to be debunked and if Sessions were more involved perhaps he would have been the one who took on the DOJ on this issue?
Certainly no other enemy stepped out of their position. I know that I supported Jeff Sessions once until he clearly showed that he was not a supporter of Trump.
