The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 to reject the review of two 2020 Pennsylvania presidential election cases Monday, but Justices Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Clarence Thomas believe they should have been given hearings.

Inexplicable? Despicable! Anyone think they would hear it? I mean besides Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch. No doubt ruthie is grinning looking up from her final resting place.

With all due respect to the great Justice Thomas, I think it’s perfectly, “explicable.”

Kavanaugh is clearly neutered. ACB is not what people expected if they expected another Scalia

So Kavanaugh and Barrett alone could have swung this. We are truly lost.

Mike Lindell might become our only option for discovery on all of this via the dominion lawsuit.

Once again, two of the McConnell ‘pre-approved Supreme Court Justices stabbed MAGA in the back. Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh are looking more and more like Bush’s conservative pick John Roberts.

The jury is still out, but we should all be concerned about the 300 judges nominated by Trump.

Was Trump’s nomination list limited to those judges who were pre-approved by McConnell’s wing of the GOP?

It tells you everything you need to know as to the depths of corruption in all branches of Big Gubamint.. (Having a few hundred FBI files on ‘connected’ swamp critters doesn’t hurt either)

Immunity for thee but not for me.

What’s the problem? Kavanaugh likes beer.

Bribed, threatened, blackmailed, or simply enemy agents working against America and our Constitutional liberties.

and now we are stuck with a stolen election and dangerously anti-American Puppetmeisters pulling the strings behind the White House

Prepare to defend yourself, friends, family, neighborhood, community... time to organize, too

ACB doesn’t have the steel needed to truly stand up as a conservative justice. I think her young children and their welfare is what’s keeping her ‘centered’. As far as Kavanaugh goes, he never really seemed like someone who was going to fight beyond defending his own reputation.

shame

Maybe it was all that beer.

I had my doubts about Kav from the beginning. I know his type, frat guy who’s spent his entire life advancing by being liked by the establishment. Very much invested in being the “acceptable conservative,” who gets invited to do seminars at Harvard and Yale. He’s not what we needed and has the makings of Roberts II.

What has happened here, is that the Denial hides the Majority in the failure to cert -- including the liberal wing -- from a Minority dissent that would have embarrassed the libtards rediscovering State's Rights, as much as the dissents did in Bush v Gore, in that socialist kleptocrats like the very late RBG had to cite State's Rights for the first and last time in their fruitless tenure on the Court.

What is surprising is that Alito only needed Kavanaugh to proceed to a hearing and oral arguments, and K folded under Roberts' skirt, who did not want a case that not only would draw attention to Pennsylvania's outright disobeyance of Alito's Order, and PA's election fraud therewith, but also invite more scrutiny of Roberts' failure to oversee Impeachment2.

The only way to save the Republic now is to present a Model Elections Constitutional Amendment that lays out one man, one vote, in explicit excruciating detail and gather every possible candidate under that banner.
