When you have the financial backing(suspicious) that dominion has, you better bring pillow cases full of cash to pay for defense lawyers. Bankrupting people is what law suits are about. You know, to teach them a lesson.

"Inexplicable? Despicable!"

I couldn't agree more; frankly I am flabbergasted at the cowardice of this Supreme Court. In not doing their duty they have left this Republic without a rudder on voting law, on any law at all there is now an unhinged imbalance.

So Kavanaugh and Barrett alone could have swung this.

But hey, keep voting GOP so we can get "conservative" judges. Lol.

Two problems.

If state legislatures are the only way to change our voting laws, how do we get the very people who caused our fraudulent election to make the changes?

Oh, I know...vote them out.

But then we have the second part of the problem. The votes are counted by the same people and the same machines that gave us Biden and Harris.

The voting process has to be the starting point in any cleanup.

It may come down to putting armed men in the polling places who will ID every single voter and allow only paper ballots.

I am not suggesting anything, just pointing out that it is a much more difficult matter than saying over and over “We will show them in the next election.”

It may even be impossible.

..............I think Thomas’s dissent tends to corroborate the suspicion of millions that “others” through bribes, blackmail or outright intimidation CONTROL a majority on our Supreme Court.

There is no more important matter in the country than honest elections and the SC just flips us all the bird. The CCP is smart enough to steal a Presidential election they are smart enough to control the Supreme Court too.

First, "no standing".

Second, "laches".

Third, "moot".

What's next?

Why do we even have a Supreme Court if they won't deal with the Constitution?

Maybe people better actually have real proof of fraud instead of going down a rabbit hole like most of the folks on this board have done.

Trump’s lawyers made a horrible mistake going after these voting machine companies with no real proof that could stand up in court. And, unfortunately, way to many people bought into it and in my opinion are about to be really hurt, including the My Pillow guy.

I'm going to play "Devil's Advocate" here.

In the case of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania acting as a plaintiff in the case, the legal challenge was very disingenuous because it overlooks the obvious role of the GOP-controlled legislature in the fiasco that unfolded in the 2020 election.

I had said from the start that the legislatures of all these contested states should have acted between Election Day and the electoral vote certification in mid-December to remedy the defects in the election process -- even if it meant voting to submit a competing set of electors to Congress for the January 6th certification.

Kavanaugh and Barrett could have been appointed by Obama. Thomas is the only real Catholic on the court.

I don’t know a case by case breakdown, just overall voting record. Kavanaugh it seems is close to Kennedy, but not quite as conservative, at least that is my interpretation of the data.

When Kavanaugh started crying in court I knew he was a wus.
Barrett is worthless and not a real Catholic. No real conservative Catholic would be a member of the whackjob People of Praise,

Inexplicable? NO, those justices that refuse to hear . . .

He clearly means "inexplicable" by logical or honest explanation.

His use of the word is apt. It points, with calm precision, to the fact that there is another explanation.

What I saw on OAN in Arizona was the election boards accept the fraudulent results and wall not accept a forensic investigation.

It’s not unexplainable jthough. The SC sold their SOUL BECAUSE they are afraid of blm and antifa. They are more concerned about PC than they are about objective law. Mr Thomas, we no longer have a SC to protect us ag a inst a rogue out of control corrupt government. There aren’t enough SC justices who take their oath and their responsibility to we the people seriously.

I agree with you 100% about that.

I have said from the start that the focus on "vote switching" with the electronic voting machines was idiotic in cases where you had paper ballots to verify the machine counts.

The issue with the election was not incorrect vote counts, but the ACCURATE counting of ballots that weren't legally cast.

I’ve been wondering more and more about that list of fabulous, conservative judges the Federalist Society, or whoever ore whatever, supplied to President Trump. He could not have had the knowledge to truly evaluate those on the list, nor could anyone else save a very few have had the knowledge to evaluate.

He was reliant on the integrity of others, as he so often was, and it’s pretty obvious that many tried to undermine his agenda.
