ACB doesn’t have the steel needed to truly stand up as a conservative justice. I think her young children and their welfare is what’s keeping her ‘centered’. As far as Kavanaugh goes, he never really seemed like someone who was going to fight beyond defending his own reputation.

I think by the end of that case, Dominion will be owning a pillow company. A lot of folks in the “fog” think by getting Dominion to do some sort of disclosure, the Trump side will win. But, for the pesky fact that the hand vote count matched the machine count in Georgia. Lindell has made a horrible mistake and he is going to pay a huge price for it.

Dominion Lawyer: I object.
Judge: Sustained.
Lindell’s Lawyer: But, Your Honor...
Judge: I find you in contempt. Bailiff, please remand defense counsel to the county lockup until after the next Ice Age.
