At various times over the last four years, I've wished I could communicate directly with President Trump to express my gratitude. Then it occurred to me: I have this column as a platform. While I have no hope he will actually see this editorial, I would like to submit an open letter to the president.(See comment for the letter. Thanks Patrice.)

It's quite easy.
1. The image must already be somewhere on the internet, not merely on your hard-drive. RIGHT-click on the actual image and click on "Copy Image Location"--NOT Link Location. In a moment you will paste that...
2. Where you want your picture to be, type (img src=" " width="600"/>. Except make that first character < instead of ( . (The 600-pixel width just fills the page, but you can specify any width you wish.)
3. Paste the Image Location between the " " marks.
