I heard about George Soros’ Secretary of State (SOS) Project years ago. He publicly launched that after Bush was reelected. I knew a Democrat who blamed Katherine Harris, Florida SOS, for enforcing the law. “She didn’t need to do that.”

Any SOS elected with Soros money should be replaced.

Everything Soros does should be countered. The left is always telegraphic the left, usually in public. We could use Hoover’s FBI for something like this. Unfortunately Biden’s FBI is more like the KGB.

I’m talking about taking back our federal government from the illegal, seditious, treasonous forces that overthrew the legitimately elected government under President Trump. Unless you consider the present regime “legitimate” ?

“ Why didn’t Trump do this?”

Because he knew that he and probably his family would have been killed if he did.

As I said in another thread, almost everyone in the military above Commander/Lt. Colonel should’ve been “retired” by President Trump

Vindeman was a lieutenant colonel and look at him. Maybe you should lower that to everybody above the rank of major or lieutenant commander?

People who are personally highly engaged and “control freaks” also tend to have a problem with delegation, particularly in areas that either personally affect them or are of pronounced professional interest to them. Jimmy Carter had this problem in spades. They tend to direct everything in an extreme hands-on manner. Thus, their staff become ciphers, more or less.
Those who are capable are generally not attracted to an extremely hands-on manager or CEO...or president.

Beyond this, Trump had very few capable types to choose among to begin with. Most of the capable had already been sucked up by the elite establishment, were dedicated to that establishment, or didn’t want to cross the establishment and make their lives significantly more difficult and less profitable. This was exceedingly pronounced within the legal profession.

I remember the ol' days when he was cursed out as RINO scum on here:

First-person accounts are always incomplete. This account, however biased, rings true in many of it’s details.

The impression I come away with is like a massive fire in a discotheque, the disoriented mob rushes and plugs up the exit. Only the first to reach the door escape— along with the incendiary.

We were blindsided. Something like this would ordinarily take years to redress. This coupe was engineered over years by brilliant, malignant people armed with technical expertise beyond the comprehension of most. There were plans to monkey-wrench subsequent investigations as well.

We had a few weeks, hardly enough time to organize such a project, let alone carry it through. The loudest prevailed over the most competent and we choked.

I think Trump and Republicans were largely unprepared and blindsided.

And unfortunately, there were also some RINOs like Kemp and Raffensperger from GA who seem to be in on the steal...guess that would be part of the blindside.

Although I stated back then my belief he was far too socially leftist for my tastes to be President, unlike the notorious other RINO leftists in the photo, he DID have the singular accomplishment of obliterating the epic-level crime rate in NYC and making it an attractive place to move back to. McQueeg and Schwollenpecker did absolutely nothing but leave their constituencies (and the nation) in far worse shape than they found it.

A post-mortem is necessary, warts and all. If we are to prevent this from happening again we need to have a better apparatus in place to deal with it.

Someone needs to be researching the law, standing and latches. What the democRATS did, how they did it, and have the machine ready to go. Have a pre-election strategy and a post election game plan mapped out.

This is what Byrne is pointing out. There wasn’t a plan in place, imho, because the Trump campaign misjudged the level of corruption the democRATS had, and were stunned at the brazenness of it.

I think you got that exactly right.

It was telegraphed in advance and Republicans took no action. I’ll post two links. I’m surprised they haven’t been taken down.

the lack of results from the team and external observations appear to support his contentions.

A testement to the fact that when GOVERNMENT POLITICIANS are in charge of the so called LEADERSHIP... there is actually NONE!

Yes, it was an uphill battle with strong headwinds but I have believed since its inception, it was winnable.

It WAS winnable but due to BAD chemistry of INDIVIDUALS involved and the LACK of LEADERSHIP they PI$$ED away a golden opportunity that would have ALLOWED Trump to Prevail.

Rudy was a very good US attorney and mayor. He was a poor litigator for the President re: elections. Very poor.

You'll get NO argument from me on that statement.

Unfortunately Rudy is still running his life on the the old cred of being "America's Mayor" which he earned during 911.

That Use By/Sell By date has long passed.

I have to agree. From the beginning of his administration, Trump made terrible personnel choices the first and most devastating was firing General Flynn. He should have fought tooth and nail and defended him. Instead, he surrendered to Pence who we now find wasn't entirely forthright.

Secondly, it seems he outsourced populating his administration to Neo cons and Never Trumpers and he never got a handle on his own administration.

Yes, he was under tremendous pressure from the git go and he managed in spite of it all to get a lot done. Unfortunately much of his accomplishment is being unwound by Brainless Biden and his Communist Chinese masters.

We're in for a long dark age if 2022 doesn't change the House and the Senate.
