Yes, that’s my come away as well... I would add that when Giuliani and Powell gathered in the hotel for the public briefing, (when his hair dye dripped) this didn’t give me any assurance they were organized nor on the same page. That was ‘disturbing’ for me...and all the hotel dinning room state meetings with the Legislatures, and witnesses, were not getting at the heart of this election heist.
Well I do recall watching a video of a team of Internet agents who could and did track the actual flipping of votes and various other serious fraudulent actions which involved other nation states....they knew how to access what isn’t possible to access because of their security clearance positions either then or former. It was a riveting explanation.

President Trump would have been the President that arrived - that plays when the incumbent President - who is still President - arrives at the ceremony. Since he did not attend, that song does not get played. It is not going to be played for someone who is not yet President.

You can just look it up and see that David Pekoske is the current acting head of FEMA and that Pete Gaynor left the post when Biden was sworn in. It’s not like it is a mystery or up for debate.
