Democrats have talked about packing the Supreme Court and seeking to end lifetime appointments of justices. Now a new commission under the Biden administration will be looking at the subject of court reforms. Indeed, President Joe Biden's White House is staffing the panel, which will examine reforms to the nation's top court and the federal judiciary, Politico reported. "The president remains committed to an expert study of the role and debate over reform of the court and will have more to say in the coming weeks," a White House official said in a statement.

12th Amendment, Article two, section one, clause three.
It says NOTHING about the vice president certifying or denying EC votes. Go out and read what the vice president’s role is according to the constitution.
You can make up your own narrative, but you cannot change the words of the constitution. Sorry, some of you are butt hurt. You cannot add to the constitution what is NOT there.

The Biden regime is off to a horrendous start, and this fake politicized “commission” may be the worst of all of their awful executive actions. Just because the SCOTUS leans conservative now doesn’t mean it needs any “reform”. The Biden White House is packed with dangerously aggressive left-wing extremists who want a one-part system that ends in what is effectively a socialist dictatorship that controls the entire federal government. They want to turn America into a high-tech Venezuela.
They’re going to get a hard awakening in November 2022 when the democrat party gets swept out of all rural areas and outer suburbs in America and becomes a coastal urban beehive party that’s supported mainly by left-wing extremists in major cities. Look for the GOP to retake the House and Senate, and expand majorities in state legislatures in 2022.
They are going to offer a “compromise”. Either Amy Cony Barrett steps down and the Democrats get to appoint RGB’s “rightful” successor, or else the Dems pack the court’s with five new justices.
