Democrats are obsessed with former President Donald Trump, even after their candidate, President Joe Biden, was elected as the 46th President of the United States.
They have impeached him but as the impeachment trial approaches it appears that not enough Republicans will join Democrats in convicting him, which means in 2024 he could again campaign for the presidency.
That is why some Democrats are talking about a contingency plan to rig it so that he can never become president again by using a provision in the 14th Amendment of the Constitution, CBS News reported.
Section 3 of the Amendment states::
“No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”
How does this affect Trump?
The disqualification provision, scholars say, was meant to keep former Confederate officers and officials from holding public office again unless they received permission from Congress to do so. It has seldom been invoked over the last 150 years, and never against a president.

The Democrats are in panic mode in their fear of Donald trump. This hard to believe when they own the WH, Congress, the media, academia BLM and antifa.
They certainly do fear him. That’s why I was delighted to see his new office in Florida...he’s not being intimidated or silenced and that must drive them crazy.
Under these grounds, any candidate who runs for office on a campaign to upset a corrupt govt system....is inciting insurrection.

With this precedent, Democrats will be able to fabricate a reason to block the strongest opponents to their power.
Mr. Trump has set up an office of the former president. That’s a first. Add to that, the dims are in a rabid frenzy to destroy him still even after he has left the White House.
I wish I knew what is going on.
Well, there ya go. All we have to do is elect a bunch of staunch Trump supporters in '22.
Consider the scene from The Godfather Part Two where Michael and Tom are discussing whether to assassinate their rival Hyman Roth, who is about to return to the US and immediately be taken into custody, meaning Michael has won and Hyman has lost.
Tom: Do you have to wipe out everybody?
Michael: I don't feel I have to wipe everybody out, Tom. Just my enemies. That's all.
The Democrats and their useful idiots in the GOPe see Trump as their Hyman Roth.
They are obsessed with him 24/7. They cant control him, so they fear him, and they hate what they fear. That’s us by extension.

They are afraid he actually did come close to draining the swamp and interrupting the flow of lucre to their bank accounts. Therefore, he must be prevented from coming back to finish the job.
They silenced him thru Big Tech and Big Media and big Business but that is still not enough. They are consumed by hate.

If Biden won so handily, fear of Trump running again makes no sense.
