President Donald Trump ordered U.S. flags across the nation and abroad to be flown at half-staff until Jan. 13 in honor of the “service and sacrifice” of law enforcement, the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP), and the two USCP officers who died in the wake of protests at the Capitol on Jan. 6.
“As a sign of respect for the service and sacrifice of United States Capitol Police Officers Brian D. Sicknick and Howard Liebengood, and all Capitol Police Officers and law enforcement across this great Nation, by the authority vested in me as President of the United States by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby order that the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-staff at the White House and upon all public buildings and grounds, at all military posts and naval stations, and on all naval vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Columbia and throughout the United States and its Territories and possessions until sunset, January 13, 2021,” the president said in a proclamation.
“I also direct that the flag shall be flown at half-staff for the same length of time at all United States embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including all military facilities and naval vessels and stations.”
The U.S. Capitol Police has confirmed the “off-duty” death of officer Liebengood on Jan. 9.
“He was assigned to the Senate Division, and has been with the Department since April 2005. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends, and colleagues. We ask that his family, and other USCP officers’ and their families’ privacy be respected during this profoundly difficult time,” according to the office.

Not anonymous. Howard Liebengood is most likely the murderer who killed Ashli Babbitt. Committed suicide or was suicided yesterday. Hardly any news. Other coo died of stroke or a heart attack, they won’t say, but he collapsed at his office.
In addition, HOWARD LIEBENGOOD I believe in the senate armed suit pictures is guy at far left. When you google his name or look at press releases, he was part of senate detail. Now look at pic in video of shooter with muzzle flash compare hair line to web image results, senate door photos and google. Looks like same guy.
The shooter dies, NO INVESTIGATION on Babbitt. Need to look into his politics, his wife’s, any suicide note, texts goodbye, all of it.
We would have had his name 5 days ago if this was a blm antifa unarmed shoot.
This is a coverup.
Reportedly the second officer committed suicide on Saturday. How that is supposed to be related to the protests on the 6th is unclear. It does seem quite unusual that someone committing suicide is considered a loss of life from a protest days earlier.
Howard Liebengood committed suicide. There is no way he is a victim of the riots the FBI staged at the Capitol.
To honor him in any way would be a disgrace. I will not lower my flag to half staff. What was Trump thinking?
Realizing that he had intentionally killed an unarmed Ashli Babbitt would have made an excellent reason for suicide.

He is really thinking for a dying, formerly free country, but he cannot say that.
The videos you see if violence are staged acts of Antifa working with DC cops. Notice the camera angles. They always show a close up to make it seem like it was a huge crowd. In reality, there was probably around less than 200 real Patriots at the front of the capital. These patriots were grandmas, and teen girls taking photos. Not one violent.

But they did say the hallway Ashli was about to drop into was a Senate hallway so it’s possible this guy was there.
Find and watch. There are two videos. You be the judge.
Find the video showing the actual shooter firing the weapon. If on you tube. Slow it down to .25 speed and pause frame by frame. Ashli was murdered and I think Howard did it. Now who killed Howard to kill the story, that is the bigger question no one seems to be asking except me?
