(CNN)Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden sounded an alarm Wednesday about GOP moves to limit voting access, saying his "single greatest concern" is that President Donald Trump will "try to steal this election." But, the former vice president said, he is "absolutely convinced" the military would escort Trump from the White House if he loses the election but refuses to leave office.
Asked by Trevor Noah on "The Daily Show" if he's ever considered what would happen if Trump would not leave the White House if he loses, Biden responded, "Yes, I have." Biden pointed to Trump's history of spreading false conspiracy theories about voter fraud, including a recent series of lies about mail-in voting leading to widespread voter fraud -- which Republican and Democratic-led states are increasingly embracing amid the coronavirus pandemic.
He highlighted Georgia's botched primary Tuesday, in which problems with voting machines and other issues led to hours-long waits at some polling places in predominantly black areas. He said his campaign is putting out a "major initiative of lawyers" to patrol voting issues.
"It's my greatest concern -- my single greatest concern. This president is going to try to steal this election," Biden said.

No: Trump does not become president if Biden should die before inauguration, sadly.
Once Biden is selected by the electoral college, he officially becomes the president-elect. If he had died between the electoral college vote but before the Jan 6 congressional certification (this past Wednesday, which DID happen), members of congress would have an opportunity to object to the electoral results in any state and, if both chambers agree, to switch that state’s votes to the opposing candidate. This would have failed. Of course Nancy Pelousy would never agree to hand a state to Trump... ever.
After the Congressional certification Jan 6 and before inauguration day (we are here now) the 20th amendment would kick in if Biden were to die. It provides that “if, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the president, the president elect shall have died, the vice president elect shall become president.”

Thanks for posting. Evil always accuses the innocent of the things that Evil itself is doing. I don’t know why that is; it’s as though they are stupid or lack creativity. So back in June Ol’ Joe was falsely accusing President Trump of trying to steal the election while Ol’ Joe KNEW that he himself was involved in the greatest “voter fraud” network ever as he stated “I don’t need your votes to win...”

I doubt Trump will be anywhere near the White House on the 20th, for his and his own family’s safety.
