Linked is my video of a portion of the hundreds of thousands of America-loving Patriots moving from the Whitehouse to the Capitol on 1/6/2021. They are not a violent mob! I recorded for about an hour from this one location on Constitution Ave near 15th NW. This is shown at double speed. As you can see from the video, my shirt caught some attention. It said: "God is on His throne. Jesus is Lord!"
Here’s a more obvious link...

Nice alternative to the media doom and gloom coverage.
Thanks for the vid & thanks for being there.
That’s one vicious, violent, riotous crowd!
Open point of inquiry: Any FReepers here online actually make it into the Capitol Bldg. itself? What was your perspective or any other thoughts?
Thank you for being there.
Thank you for recording this very precious time, in history.....of KIND and courteous people who love our President and our nation that he also loves.
This should be viewed by EVERY evil Rep.
And, it *should* be shown by every news outlet, though we know, sadly, it will not.
Thanks for posting.
I was at two rallies yesterday—a big one at the Los Angeles City Hall and a smaller one in Yorba Linda. There were also rallies in Long Beach, Seal Beach, Newport Beach, and other locations.
Bkmk
So you can report them?
Thank you!
bttt
You’re welcome.
And thank YOU for doing the work of creating and posting the video. :)
I haven’t the time right now to view it, but will when I can.
I made it to the Capitol. I did not go up to the steps or go inside. There were cheers from the crowd when the folks made it to the steps, balcony, and scaffolding on the west side of the Capitol (the side facing the White House and George Washington Monument). It appeared as if they were just up there waving their flags. On the street, I heard conversation of people storming the halls of the Capitol and heard something about percussion bombs and rubber bullets. However, from close by, I did not sense any violence or anything otherwise out of control. There were many people hanging out on the steps, scaffolding etc., but there didn’t appear to be any extra excitement as one would expect if there were anti-riot efforts being imposed from law enforcement.
The media is intent on using the word “violence”; however, if there was any, it was out of sight (i.e., inside the building) and certainly not wide spread.
I thought it was Antigua who entered the Capitol building?
interesting,i saw that paper blowing and just as i thought it odd seeing it the guy comes over and picked it up!
vicious right wing trash... er trash picker upper or something
I was a few blocks away down near the Air and Space Museum but I had binoculars and could see that some kind of a gas was in the air for a while up on the terrace. Was that the police aiming the gas at the protesters or do you know what it was?
not seeing many trump pence flags— only noticed one in the first 8.5 minutes...
Thanks
Great observation! No one has really pointed out the lack of garbage left behind at the rally. I certainly noticed how clean the streets and the grounds of DC were. Wind was at 25 mph with gusts higher. So, any garbage that was out of place was probably b/c people lost control in the wind or it blew out of garbage cans. This crowd is the OPPOSITE of the burn-and-loot antifa/blm anarchists.
I really don’t know the answers to your questions. I couldn’t see any of those things from my vantage point, which was mostly on the ground on 1st St SW between the reflecting pool and the Capitol Building.
