Dems are going to ask someone on the court to resign...so they can get a younger political prostitute in place.

I wonder if Garland will start crying at the podium like he did when Obama nominated him? Nobody that emotional should ever be on SCOTUS or US AG.

Probably the least worst of the possible picks that Traitor Joe’s handlers could have made.

Now remember, the AG is not supposed to be friends with the President.

Garland will be in over his head. But at least he’s not a criminal

Biden didn't pick anyone. He prolly doesn't know what day it is and wonders why an attorney general is needed.

His 'advisors' chose for him.

That tells me something about Garland.

Not the philosopher judge.

Well, that is rather surprising.

Not.

“Probably the least worst of the possible picks that Traitor Joe’s handlers could have made.”

I thought that initially. But no. It’s a weird pick and it says something about Garland. He’s not who he seems if he was picked for this.

I thought for sure it would be Yates.

I gotta agree. And just wait until Slow Joe is pushed aside and Kamala Harris takes over. Then we’ll see folks in there that will make Garland look like a conservative.

We’re all about to experience that old Chinese curse: “May you live in interesting times.”

LOL.

I should not have, but I did. At least I am being honest.

I think they want Galand as AG because then he isn’t available for the SC. Their might be some who think he is due the next opening. They want a more younger, radical liberal for the SC.

Garland was a compromise moderate that they thought they could get past McConnell.

No need for that now. When Breyer retires, and he likely will soon (he's 82), Biden will pick a full-blown leftist (and a young one) for an easy confirmation.

And FWIW, Clarence Thomas is 72, and Alito is 70. They're getting up there.
