Its the qualifier that is confusing.

Trump lost by 11,779 votes. If 11,780 votes are changed, he wins Georgia.
If he said 11,801 then OK, but 11,780? Maybe it was a round up error?
Maybe he means votes that were switched or disappeared?

It was an error. He misspoke. That’s all.

It could be he misspoke. It just seems strange to think he knew to say 11,800 and then purposefully qualify that with “which is one more than we have”.
I wouldn’t bet against trump..nor play poker with him for more than pennies..

"...than we have" does not mean "than Trump has." It just means "than we need to make up."

Trump is basically telling Raffie and his henchmen that they had better stop impeding the investigation into election fraud and participate and facilitate—through normal legal investigative means— the investigation because the Trump team as proof that Raffie is impeding.
Earlier in the call Trump recounts other election fraud issues- out of state votes, dead voters, eligible voters who were told they couldn’t vote because they already voted absentee or otherwise then they know they did not do any such thing, etc. There are a lot more than 12K votes for Biden that should be thrown out and some Trump votes that were not counted that should be.
Trump is saying to Raffie do what you know you should be doing to get to the bottom of this or decertify the vote because you know there are too many questions about the legitimacy of thousand of votes.
11,780 LEGAL VOTES that were ILLEGAL, demonstrated to have been Trump votes. Thus winning the election in the majority. His other comments... we have more than that, has to do with the FACT that there are demonstrably over 50,000 plus legal votes that were not counted for Trump— they have those proofs in hand.
