1) Just finished a discussion with a pro-Trump congressional source on procedures. Very high.
2) On Jan. 6, all that is needed is 1 senator (Hawley) and 1 Congressman (Brooks) to bring an objection to an elector slate (almost certainly AZ, since that will be the first contested.
3) The rules are made by the previous congress; the laws already in place bind the procedures.
4) Pence has no authority on his own to accept or reject any slate. According to source, he will turn to the Parliamentarian for a ruling on how to proceed.

Yes. Larry has been a realist about the situation the entire time. That reality is, nobody to this point has done anything courageous or what would be required to do the right thing. They won’t start now. The GOP are cowards, always have been. He’s consistently said the Legislatures would need to fix this. They haven’t and they won’t.
Nope! Then there’s a closed door meeting. It isn’t over.
9) According to the source, the Trump goal was to get the fraud debated in session.
10) However, the House will not debate. It will toss the objection in 30 seconds.
11) The Senate “may” take up to 2 hours to debate.
12) In the end, the certified slates will be accepted

If Trump does not have a bunch of evidence to drop then he is finished... Right along with the country. Less than a week to go now before we know.

Yep, It is far more interesting to read and listen to others who are actually making some moves, digging for info, or listening to hearings, reading reports of the fraud, and watching the left (and the GOP) starting their coverup.
Larry thinks it will go nowhere so he is not an interesting read right now.
I’ve been saying this for weeks; Pence may or may not do the right thing and reject those fraudulent EC votes. But if he does cave, it is not the end. President Trump still has options. Nuclear options. Insurrection act and/or martial law.

this video at link was probably the most IN YOUR FACE proof of fraud that was brought to one of Georgia’s sub committees today— I am not saying the website is not like GP but the videos of the inventor (Pulitzer) and what he showed as evidence at the hearing today was absolutely incredible.
