Not the form of Democracy pushed by the Dims. That is what they are using to tear down our Republic.

No.

Democracy is mob rule, and the mob is an engine of societal division.

No, democracy is mob rule.

Nothing will hold together anyone together now because many have rejected God.

What happens to a nation that was only held together by a few commonly held ideas, when those ideas are no longer commonly held?

Our dysfunctional American family agrees upon less and less.

**************

We are not a family anymore. We are a tribal melange.

The United States has become an oxymoron.

If America were a company and not a country, we would have long ago dissolved the corporation, split the blanket, and gone our separate ways.

Well, yeah. And if America were a company and not a country, its owners would have laughed themselves silly at even the idea of a “democracy.”

Our once commonly held values and culture are long gone. We’re tribal now with all the negatives that that term carries with it.

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what’s for dinner.

...from what I have seen on the web, the two Senate races in Georgia are very, very close....it could happen that the two Democrat candidates take these races... if that happens, then, welcome to the new People’s Democratic Republic of America....the country that we have known and loved all these years will simply disappear.......Jus’ sayin’ .....

"People who disagree upon such basic beliefs naturally drift apart, as we Americans are doing today."

Drift? DRIFT?

Rendered asunder!

Faith in the rule of law and free & fair Election are the glue which bind all disparate groups in U.S.

If the faith is gone, democracy won't hold.

Yes,

People today have no balls. The fat, lazy, apathetic folk of today, of whom most are dependent on some form of government transfer payment (everyone is paying everyone else for government services) are not willing to sacrifice, nor have any on the enlightenment values. Look at these folk. Tell them to walk through an X-ray machine at an airport, and they will. Tell them to close the churches, and they will. Tell them all their emails, text messages, phone calls are being intercepted and no one cares... These are people with no rights, and in fact asking for their enslavement.

All you need to do is to give them a smart phone, TV and the Internet, some computer games and porn. Make sure they have some food to feed their fat belly.

***Bread and games... nothing ever changes.***

The ideas of our Founding Fathers are dead. The Republic died a while back with FISA and the Patriot Act, but today not even the elections (democratic process) are meaningful anymore. However, the nation will not fall apart because the people are like dumb cows on the pasture.
