Many of those for natural disasters, etc - correct?
Whether or not martial law is declared, there's a couple of things that are not going to be affected by such a declaration:
1) There is no provision in the US Constitution to overturn the results of the election as "decided" by the Electoral College and "affirmed" by Congress. Martial law can't do that.
2) There is no provision to change when the President and Vice-President's term start per the 20th Amendment. Martial law can't do that.
3) There is no provision for the President to "order" new Federal elections in a state. Martial law can't do that.
Estimates are we have around 300,000 possible CCP chinese running around the US. Chinese influence in our election and cyber attacks on our infrastructure. It ain’t Russia folks. Between that and the fraud election we are past the normal political process. Trump knows this and I cannot imagine that he will shirk his promise to preserve,protect and defend the constitution.

As for being a newbie, I am not, as for you being almost 80 years of age which you suggest in your reply may I suggest that during your remaining years you ponder whether insulting people is the way you want to be remembered.
Upon reflection I find your efforts to belittle as being childish, uncalled for and insulting to those who see the loss of numbers here over time from efforts like you just presented.

I would point out that you’re not going to get anywhere with ‘estimates’ when more than half of the US electorate is about to roll over for election fraud by deliberately turning a blind-eye to it. Foreign agents can do so much more when the citizenry is as dysfunctional as it is right now.
There are a lot of things going on in this country right now if you are paying attention. Things that form a pattern. That pattern resembles a coming executive/military intervention. If you think Trump, Pompeo and Ratclffe and Miller dont know who and where most of these CCP are you are not thinking clearly.

He isn’t going to declare martial law per se. He will use a few “loop holes” to allow spec ops to round up traitors. It will be more of a “police action” than martial law.
Things have gotten really weird when small government conservative are wanting a dictatorship. Really guys, martial law is a terrible idea. That’s the path to Trump getting Mussolinied. This kind of thing never ends well.
Martial law not needed. We are in a de facto state of war with China. That’s what will be used.

State of war doesn’t suspend transitions of presidency. Especially when we’re NOT in a state of war, not by any legal definition.
