Whether or not martial law is declared, there's a couple of things that are not going to be affected by such a declaration:

1) There is no provision in the US Constitution to overturn the results of the election as "decided" by the Electoral College and "affirmed" by Congress. Martial law can't do that.

2) There is no provision to change when the President and Vice-President's term start per the 20th Amendment. Martial law can't do that.

3) There is no provision for the President to "order" new Federal elections in a state. Martial law can't do that.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't imposition of martial law (and subsequent suspension of the constitution) make the above points moot?

The US Constitution would not be suspended in the instances noted.
