The way I read it even Thomas did not support the case and would not grant relief.

I am not really surprised. Trump had standing and had a better chance on his own.

The court is packed in their favor and don’t tell me just how wonderful Amy Coney Barrett is - she whiffed on the first PA case when any D appointee would have voted and now she does this. And this “conservative” is on the Court for the next 40 years - just like John Paul Stevens.
