I say this whole thing is baloney.
If eating lamb makes you so smart, then Wyl E. Coyote would have caught that roadrunner by now. Eat whatever roadrunners eat and you’ll be smart and fast.
Cheese is out; I’m Lactose Intolerant. I do miss the taste.
Wine is iffy. I like Wine, but not every day in every week.
LAMB....Is a YES. I could see having it about twice a week.
I already know about ‘The Horror, the Horror!’ of too much salt, so I use less of it.
So, foods Jesus had access to eat are what are best for us.
Interesting.

“4) Excessive consumption of salt is bad”
Less salt is a good all around suggestion. Salt is bad for your heart and contributes to kidney stones. We had cut back on salt years ago but after the last kidney stone I am getting even more stringent on my salt intake.

Hmmm... just 28 grams of Cheddar Cheese will be about 7% of the RDA for salt.
My Mom is on a restricted salt / sodium diet. It is very hard to keep her intake to only 1500 mg per day. Granted, part of that is because she’s 90 y/o and forgets, say, that pizza she had for lunch. When she was 70, 80, up to around 85, she hated salty food. Then she redeveloped a “salt tooth”. (Rolling my eyes..)
