We have cheese every morning with our smoked sockeye salmon.

Recently, told by my cardiologist to lower my salt intake due to CHF symptons.
So, the Himalayan Salt grinders have been removed from our table and the side table by my Lazy boy and my wife is buying low salt cooking add ons/mixes. I have lost 6 pounds.
