President Donald Trump on Wednesday asked the Supreme Court to let him join an improbable lawsuit challenging election results in Pennsylvania and other states that he lost, a day after the justices rejected a last-gasp bid to reverse Pennsylvania’s certification of Democrat Joe Biden’s victory.
The high court has asked for responses by Thursday. Out of the roughly 50 lawsuits filed around the country contesting the Nov. 3 vote, Trump has lost more than 35 and the others are pending, according to an Associated Press tally.
The suit from the Texas attorney general, Republican Ken Paxton, demands that the 62 total Electoral College votes in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin be invalidated. That’s enough, if set aside, to swing the election to Trump. Paxton’s suit repeats a litany of false, disproven and unsupported allegations about mail-in ballots and voting in the four battlegrounds.

Last I heard yesterday the SCOTUS rejected an injunction on the certification until the case is resolved. The case is still open.
If that is wrong please give an update.
Along with the blatant bias of this article, this is not true. If the Electors of these states are invalidated it would put the score at 244 Biden and 232 Trump. The state legislatures would have to decide how to appoint their Electors per Article II of the Constitution.
If it's legal to coordinate, they could make the count come out as 269-269 and let the House of Representatives decide.
Which allegations are false, which allegations are disproven, and which allegations are unsupported?

This is just speculation on my part, but maybe the Supremes rejected Pres. Trump’s “intervenor” request so that they could avoid the inevitable accusations of bias that would result from ruling in favor of the Plaintiffs.
